Our ever popular school secretary, Mrs. Willey, (Shelly Chase) was a former student of Mrs. Harmon as were 2 of her children, Daron and Kameron. Son, Ronald also attended S.E.S.
Shelly has been the administrative secretary at S.E.S. since the 2007/2008 school year.
After Mrs. Willey got married in 1992, she moved to Casco for 9 years.  She then told Mr. Willey that it was time to move back to Sebago because that was her home!  Once they were living in Sebago, and her youngest child started kindergarten at S.E.S., she became one of the permanent substitutes at the school for one year until she became the secretary.  Her oldest son, Ronald Jr., graduated in 2011 from L.R.H.S. where he was chosen from his entire class as 1 of 3 most improved students. (2 of the 3 most improved students were former S.E.S. students!) He attended L.R.V.C.'s automotive program where he was chosen "Student of the Month" one month.  He was also selected from over 1000 students in the state of Maine to represent L.R.V.C. in Loudon, N.H. for Ford AAA, a trouble shooting competition. Ronald is currently working for his dad at R.N. Willey & Sons.  Daron, her middle son, is a sophomore at L.R.H.S.  Next year, he will be attending L.R.V.C.'s Law Enforcement course to become a Game Warden in the future.  Kameron, her youngest son, attends L.R.M.S. and is in the 7th grade.  Kam comes regularly to visit his former teachers at Sebago Elementary and to play 'pranks' on Mrs. Harmon.   He and Mrs. Harmon have been playing fun 'pranks' for many years.
Mrs. Willey has the best job ever at the best school ever! I feel very blessed to work at the same elementary school that I attended, and now have the privilege of working with most of my former teachers as co-workers.  It felt a little strange at first to call them all by their first names.  I also have the pleasure of working with my mom everyday, Mrs. Esther Chase, who is the cook at school and has been for 30 years.
